Rotary makes $500 donation to food pantry

Members of the Hammonton Rotary Club stopped by the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry November 7, to make a $500 donation to help local families facing food insecurity this holiday season.

Every year the Hammonton Rotary Club supports the pantry with donations at Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Funding for Rotary’s community service initiatives comes from those who generously patronize and sponsor Rotary Club fundraisers, including the annual Fun Shoot, which takes place November 30, and its annual Wine Tasting Event, scheduled for April 5, 2025.

The Hammonton Rotary Club meets on the first and third Tuesday of every month at Rocco’s Town House in Hammonton. They are always looking for new members. Message them on Facebook or Instagram to learn more.
