Frank A. Scaltrito, Sr.

Frank A. Scaltrito, Sr., 98, of Yulee, Fla. and formerly of Hammonton, N.J. passed away Friday, September 6, 2024 at the Warner Center in Fernandina Beach, Fla. He was born and raised in Hammonton and graduated from Hammonton High School in 1943. He enlisted in the Army Air Force in 1944 and served in World War II. While in Hammonton he worked for HIMCO with John Reitano and for Louis Colasurdo. He moved to Florida to manage the Hammonton Investment Management Company and later started his own Real Estate Brokerage Firm.


He is predeceased by his son, Frank A. Scaltrito, Jr.; his parents, Antonio and Catherine Scaltrito; and seven sisters and two brothers. He is survived by his longtime companion, Teresa M. Lumsden; as well as many nieces and nephews.


Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday September 12, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with funeral services at 11 a.m. all at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N Third St. Hammonton, N.J. 08037. Burial will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 248 S First Rd.
